SAUNA & THERAPY

BOOK APPOINTMENT

INFRARED SAUNA, SALT THERAPY, AND RED LIGHT THERAPY

Infrared sauna therapy uses gentle infrared heat to warm the body from within, promoting deep sweating that may help support detoxification, improve circulation, relax muscles and joints, and reduce stress while encouraging better sleep. Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, involves inhaling fine salt particles that may help support respiratory health by clearing airways and reducing irritation, while also benefiting skin health and promoting a calming, restorative experience. Red light therapy uses low-level red and near-infrared light to support cellular energy production, which may enhance skin health, stimulate collagen production, aid muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. When combined, these therapies are often used to promote overall wellness, relaxation, recovery, and improved skin and respiratory support.
