great eyebrow service!.front desk staff is horrible.they forget to call the day before and inform the client they have an appt. after being asked too.as a result of their wrong doing, they threated to charge my credit card without performing the service.

This is a highly unusual event since we get more complaints about too many notifications via, text, email and phone. We will look into it and see how someone may have been overlooked. Unfortunately you didn't leave your name so it makes it a bit tougher. If you would like to email or call with your name we can look into further for you. That said, we make courtesy calls to remind clients of THEIR appointments. This is a courtesy but ultimately the client is responsible to remember their appointments. All clients are reminded about the credit card policy as a helpful reminder to be on time to their appointments. We are glad you liked your eyebrow service and hope to see you again.
I did not care for the service. The receptionist was not very welcoming. She didn't seem to say much or make eye contact. Will is GREAT at hair though! Such a sweet boy! I would recommend anyone to go to him! I really think you should get a new front desk person though.

We do have a couple of new staff members and they can get a little "task oriented" and forget to look up and smile. If you look at our demand force or facebook reviews the front desk normally gets rave reviews. We will use your review as a teaching moment for the front desk and I am sure next time you are in for a service you will greeted in a much more welcoming way. We appreciate your taking the time to write the review and letting us know there was a problem so we can fix it.

I am a stay at home mom and he made me feel and look so pretty that I didn't want to go to bed and mess up my hair! I needed that today. It's not often I get to feel pretty and I feel like a million bucks. Huge hugs to Garnett, thank you soooo much!!!

Melissa gave me bangs today and I absolutely love them! She couldn't have done a more perfect haircut. I am definitely going to continue seeing her, I trust her with my hair and she is incredibly sweet!
