I just had the February Hot Stone Chocolate massage with Melissa. She was amazing. I have never had a massage at I Am that was less than stellar but this one ranks in the top. Take advantage of I Am's monthly specials. They are always a steal!

I got a keratin treatment for the New Year 1/2/12.This was my first treatment, and Anna McLauren did a great job telling me about the process during my consultation. She styled my hair a week later, and it still looks great! Anna also gave me some great hair care tips while I was there! I'll definitely be back for another, and I've been telling all of my friends and family about her great work!

A few weeks back I was in for a cut and highlights. I was extrememly pleased and it still looks awesome! This afternoon I went in to have a 90 minute massage with Natasha. She was great and so was my massage. Everyone there is so nice and willing to go out of their way to do whatever it takes to make you happy! I WILL be back for another massage and no one will maintain my hair other than I Am Salon and Day Spa. Keep up the great work!

Melissa Glick is a fabulous massage therapist. I went to her three weeks ago for the first time and I've never had a better massage. I've been back every week since! I highly recommend her.

Jeanne is the greatest. She did my hair and brows and I felt 10 years younger. Everyone loved it one friend said it was the best she had ever seen my hair.

I had my hair cut by Garnett on Monday and it was fabulous!!! He cut and styled my hair so well that it easy convince my husband to go out to dinner!!!

Loved my stylist but didn’t like the companies practices. I will go somewhere else and pay $150 for a cut and color where products are not pushed on me and I don’t have to leave a credit card number over the phone to make an appointment. Shame that your stylists have to suffer for your policies.

They educate our guests about products, show them what they use and walk away. We have no problem with a guest saying no thanks. Our desire is for your color to last and your hair look its best and we know that can happen when you use Aveda products. As for the our cancellation policy, our stylist fully support it due to an overwhelming number of no shows last year. We give our guests numerous options instead of leaving a credit card so for the guest who does not want to leave a credit card they can excercise any number of options. Our employees are always a part of the policy making at I Am Salon because their income depends on it. We are sorry you don't agree.

Jeanne at I Am Salon is absolutely wonderful! I first came to her with a disaster that I called hair. She has completely turned it around and it looks amazing. Even though she makes wonderful suggestions, she takes the time to really listen to what you want done. This is something that you don't find very often! I have recommended Jeanne to all of my friends and I would recommend I Am Salon to anyone looking for a comfortable, yet stylish salon with a wonderful and pleasant staff.
